I’ve teamed with the fabulous Hayley Gillard, Ecotherapist to offer you an amazing opportunity to spend a weekend with us in fabulous surroundings to help you gain clarity, purpose, direction and most importantly an action plan on how to achieve exactly what you want in your life and business.


We have places for 10 women. We’ll laugh, learn, discuss, brainstorm and have fun together. You will feel completely supported and empowered by the end of the weekend with an action plan in hand and ready for action


In true “hiking boots and posh pants” style we’ll be staying in a beautiful hotel, with use of spa facilities and wonderful catering, a hotel surrounded by the most beautiful grounds that we can enjoy, plenty of fresh air to boost us all too.


They’ll be workshops, walking, time to network and mingle, share ideas and of course relax.

An expert in coaching women on the importance of self care through nature and mindfullness, she is the perfect model for the ‘hiking boots’ side of our retreat. Barefoot walking is an option…must be tried!

We will be staying in the Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa in Otley, Yorkshire. With access to the spa and hot tub.

When is it?

5pm – Friday 15th September until

The Retreat Itinerary



5pm – Arrival & check-in

6pm – Welcome chat, introductions and goodie bags

7pm – Dinner followed by free time to use the spa/bar/relax/networking


7:30am – Morning Mindfulness Walk – (hiking boots a must, barefoot optional)

8:30am – 9:30am – Breakfast in the hotel before we head on out for the day

10am – 12:30pm – Workshop 1– Who are you and what do you want? A look at your brand story and what makes your business/business idea unique

12:30 – 1:30pm – Campfire lunch and tea and cake on vintage china (Marshmallows will be toasted!)

1:30pm – 4pm – Workshop 2 – Defining your business, ideas and your purpose in life. Are you maximising your true potential?

4pm – 7pm – Free time for use of spa/grounds etc. More outdoor walking if desired. Walking and networking available too

7pm – Dinner and informal after dinner coaching workshop – brainstorming and mind mapping techniques (Workshop 3)


7:30am – Morning walk & “think big” activities

8:30am – 9:30am – Breakfast in the hotel before we head on out for the day

10am – 12:30pm Workshop 4 – Creating your plan of action, how are you going to make everything happen and creating your business/lifestyle timetable so that everything gets done!

12:30 – 1:30pm Campfire lunch

1:30pm – 3pm – Workshop 5 – A mind-set for success, get ready to make it all happen, how to remove blocks and self-limiting beliefs

3pm – Cream tea in the hotel and closing session

4pm – Finish

Please note you are going to be outside for most of the day – if the weather is horrendous the workshops will be held within a fabulous bell tent!

Some questions answered you may have…

What should I bring?

Bring clothes you are comfortable and warm in. You may like a change of clothes for dinner in the evening

During the outdoor part of the retreat we are having a campfire, therefore you might like to bring a camping chair to sit on.

All other campfire equipment will be provided

You will need to bring some extra money if you would like to drink alcohol during your stay or for if you have booked a spa treatment.


What should I wear?

Something comfy. Our weekend will be wonderfully relaxing and care-free.

We will be in nature for many of the activities so please make sure you bring warm clothes – I recommend a base layer, a long sleeve top, a fleece and a waterproof coat as minimum. We’re in the UK so a hat and gloves are essential just in case

Please avoid jeans and they do not dry easily and are very uncomfortable when wet.

Wellies, walking boots or sturdy trainers are best.

We will be having a campfire so please bring clothes you don’t mind smelling of smoke.

You will want a change of clothing for the evenings.

Bring your swimming costume too if you want to make use of the spa!


Is food included?

Yes! For breakfast and dinner you will be eating off the restaurants set menu which they will devise especially for us. You can see examples of the restaurant’s menus here. (Please note this is subject to change) You will be asked upon booking if you have any dietary requirements. For lunch we will be making a campfire lunch. Homemade cake and hot drinks during the day are also provided.

Evening drinks and alcohol are not included in the price of the retreat.


Where should I park?

There is parking available at the venue.


Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, we will ask for any dietary requirements after booking. We will do our very best to accommodate.


Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is Guiseley. This station is about a 10 minute car journey from the retreat venue. I can provide phone numbers for taxis if you require this.

The hotel is within easy access of Leeds, Bradford, York and Harrogate as well as the M1, and Leeds Bradford Airport.


Is there phone reception?

Yes, and Wifi. Although we will be discouraging the use of phones so that people can spend the time relaxing, enjoying me-time and leaving the stresses of life behind.

Of course you may bring your phone but please respect other people if they would like quiet.


Can I have my own room?

Yes. All rooms will be for single occupancy. They are all en-suite.


Is every activity compulsory or can I opt out if I want some down-time?

You can be involved in as much or as little as you like. This is your weekend.

All the workshops have been designed to be creative, informative and fun but are also independent of each other so you will not miss out if you’d rather sit one out.


Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, but please do not bring your own. The hotel has a bar and you may also order alcohol with dinner.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens and if you need to cancel here are the conditions:

  • A full refund is given if cancellation via email is received by June 30th 2017
  • A 50% refund is given if cancellation via email is received between July 1st and August 1st 2017
  • No refund is given after August 2nd 2017 – but the place may be transfered to another woman.
Sara has so much energy and invests in each and every member. She is a natural networker and facilitates connections where you wouldn’t have expected them!
